Ha! Chocolate milk RULZ!
Fresh, and I mean really fresh, goat milk tastes just like cow milk. It starts to get a little funky after a few days, and if you heat it, it smells nasty. Since commercial goat milk is heated to pasteurize it, I suspect some of that nastiness lingers.
